الخطواتThe process
تحدّد السلة، واسم من تريد أن تصله ورقمه ووصف الوصول إلى بيته في المكلا، وتدفع بالبطاقة. Pick a basket, give us the name, phone number and address of the person it goes to in Mukalla, and pay by card.
نشتري البضاعة من تجّار الجملة ونتملّكها، ثم تُعبَّأ في مستودعنا بالمكلا ويُوزَن الصندوق ويُختم. We purchase the goods from wholesalers and take ownership of them, then pack, weigh and seal the box at our Mukalla warehouse.
يوصّل سائقنا الصندوق إلى الباب، ويصوّره عند التسليم ويسجّل اسم من استلمه — وتصلك الصورة والاسم. Our driver delivers the box to the door, photographs it on handover and records the name of whoever received it — and both reach you.
قواعدناOur rules
صورة للصندوق عند الباب، واسم من استلمه. لا يوجد استثناء لأي موظف مهما كان. A photograph of the box at the door and the name of the person who received it. No member of staff can override this.
نُعلمك بالصنفين بالاسم قبل خروج الصندوق من المستودع، ولا نرفع السعر أبداً. We tell you both items by name before the box leaves the warehouse, and we never raise the price.
لا رصيد ولا محفظة ولا صرافة ولا تسليم مبالغ. ما تدفعه ثمن بضاعة محدّدة تُشترى وتُسلَّم. No balance, no wallet, no currency exchange, no cash handed over. What you pay is the price of specific goods that are bought and delivered.
أي مبلغ يُسترد يعود على البطاقة التي دفعت بها وإلى المشتري وحده — ولا يُدفع للمستلم شيء. Any refund goes back to the card that paid and to the buyer alone — nothing is ever paid to the recipient.

كيسبُر علامة تجارية تعمل بها شركة أزري - ش م ح (AZRI - FZCO)، وهي شركة مرخّصة في منطقة حرة بدبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة. KISBOR is a trading brand of AZRI - FZCO, a company licensed in a Dubai free zone, United Arab Emirates.
نحن تاجر أصيل: نشتري المواد الغذائية من تجّار الجملة، ونتملّكها، ونتحمّل مخاطر المخزون من سرقة وتلف وانتهاء صلاحية وتقلّب سعر، ثم نبيعها لك ونسلّمها إلى الشخص الذي تسمّيه. We are a principal merchant: we buy food staples from wholesalers, take ownership of them, and carry the inventory risk — theft, spoilage, expiry and price movement — then sell them to you and deliver them to the person you nominate.
التوصيل داخل اليمن يقوم به مقاول تنفيذ نتعاقد معه ويحوز بضاعتنا أمانةً، ويبقى التزام التسليم علينا. لا يبيع لك أحد غيرنا، ولا يُحصّل منك أحد غيرنا. Delivery inside Yemen is carried out by a fulfilment contractor who holds our goods as custodian; the delivery obligation remains ours. No one else sells to you, and no one else collects money from you.

AZRI - FZCO، المرخّصة في المنطقة الحرة بدبي بالرخصة رقم 61351، وتعمل بالعلامة التجارية «كيسبُر». نحن تاجر أصيل نشتري السلع الغذائية ونتملّكها ونتحمّل مخاطر المخزون ثم نبيعها لك ونسلّمها إلى الشخص الذي تختاره. AZRI - FZCO, licensed in a Dubai free zone under licence 61351, trading as “KISBOR”. We are a principal merchant: we buy the goods, own them, carry the inventory risk, then sell and deliver them to the person you choose.
يجب أن تكون قد أتممت ١٨ سنة وأن تستخدم الخدمة لغرضك الشخصي والعائلي. تُسجّل برقم جوالك وأنت مسؤول عن حماية وصولك إليه. قد نطلب إثبات هويتك عند تكرار الطلبات في فترة قصيرة أو عند مؤشرات استخدام غير معتاد — ولا نطلبها عند التسجيل. You must be 18 or over and use the service for personal and family purposes. You register with your mobile number and are responsible for protecting access to it. We may request identification where orders repeat over a short period or usage looks irregular — never at sign-up.
أنت من يحدّد المستلم ومسؤول عن صحة بياناته، وتُقرّ بأنّ علاقتك به تخوّلك مشاركة بياناته معنا لغرض التسليم. لا تنشأ بيننا وبين المستلم أي علاقة تعاقدية، وحقّ الاسترداد والمطالبة لك وحدك. نتحقّق من كل مستلم وموقع تسليم مقابل قوائم العقوبات قبل التسليم الأول. You nominate the recipient and are responsible for the accuracy of their details, and confirm your relationship permits sharing them with us for delivery. No contractual relationship arises between us and the recipient; the right to a refund or claim is yours alone. Every recipient and delivery location is screened against sanctions lists before first delivery.
الأسعار بالريال السعودي شاملة الشراء والتعبئة والتوصيل، بلا رسوم إضافية. السعر المعروض عند تأكيد الطلب نهائي ولا يتغيّر حتى التسليم. يُدفع كامل المبلغ عند الطلب عبر مزوّد خدمات دفع مرخّص، ولا نخزّن بيانات بطاقتك لدينا. Prices are in Saudi riyals and include the goods, packing and delivery, with no added fees. The price shown at confirmation is final and does not change before delivery. Payment is taken in full at order through a licensed payment services provider; we do not store your card details.
قد ينفد صنف من السوق المحلي. نستبدله تلقائياً بصنف مكافئ بنفس الوزن أو أكثر دون تغيير في السعر، ونُعلمك بذلك قبل خروج الصندوق. An item may be unavailable locally. We substitute an equivalent of the same weight or more at no change in price, and tell you before the box ships.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين إمارة دبي والقوانين الاتحادية لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.

بيانات بطاقتك لا تمرّ بخوادمنا ولا تُخزَّن لدينا. تُدخَل مباشرة لدى مزوّد خدمات الدفع المرخّص. Your card details never reach our servers and are not stored by us. They are entered directly with the licensed payment services provider.
لا نبيع بياناتك لأي جهة، ولا نستخدمها لإعلانات طرف ثالث. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
المستلم لا يُنشئ حساباً. نحتفظ ببياناته لغرض التسليم فقط، ويحقّ له طلب حذفها بالتواصل معنا — مع بقاء ما يلزم الاحتفاظ به قانونياً في سجلّ المعاملات. The recipient does not create an account. We hold their details for delivery only, and they may ask us to delete them — save for what the transaction record must legally retain.

الاسترداد يعود على البطاقة التي دفعت بها، وإليك أنت وحدك. لا نسلّم مبالغ نقدية للمستلم في أي حال، ولا نطلب منه أي دفعة. Refunds return to the card that paid, to you alone. We never hand cash to the recipient and never ask them for payment.

بمجرد تسليم الطلب وتوثيقه بالصورة والاسم لا يُقبل الإرجاع، لأنّ البضاعة غذائية ولا يمكن إعادة بيعها. الاستثناء صنف تالف أو ناقص — أبلغنا خلال ٤٨ ساعة مع صورة ونعوّضك. Once an order is delivered and documented with a photograph and a name, it cannot be returned, because the goods are food and cannot be resold. The exception is a damaged or missing item — tell us within 48 hours with a photograph and we will make it good.
